3 Stage Knife Sharpener - T5D063

The 3 stage knife sharpener from Taylor's Eye Witness to sharpen blunt knives, fine hone sharpened knives and for maintaining an edge on regularly used knives. 

• To sharpen blunt knives, use the middle slot marked "Re-Edging" from heel to tip 3 to 5 times.Re-sharpen at least every 6 months.
• To hone a newly sharpened knife, use the slot marked "Honing" from heel to tip 3 to 5 times.
• For the regular maintenance of your knives, use the diamond coated "Fine Honing" slot from heel to tip, again for 3 to 5 times.
• To sharpen ceramic knives, use the "Fine Honing" slot.

This sharpener is not suitable for scissors or serrated knives.
Do not immerse in water.
