These stainless steal shears from Taylor's Eye Witness are heavy duty and made for home use or in commercial kitchens. They can be used for a number of different jobs, from cutting poultry (including bones), meat, fish, vegetables or cracking nuts.
This pair of true kitchen shears has a notch cut out of one of the blades. This feature allows the scissor to hold a chicken bone or flower stem to easily slice through it. Without this feature the stem or bone would slide out of the scissor action.
These multifunction, all-purpose chopping shears can chop chicken bones, cut herbs, cut card/plastic or even unscrew a plastic bottle top. It can also cut away foil from wine bottle tops.
